Nunn Hayward, a long-established chartered accountancy and business advisory firm, has announced a merger with Summers Morgan, creating a combined practice with enhanced expertise, broader capacity and a strengthened platform for future growth.
The merger brings together two firms with shared values, complementary skill sets and a common focus on delivering high-quality, partner-led advice to owner-managed/corporate businesses, individuals and professional clients.
Clients of both firms will continue to receive the same level of service from their existing contacts, with the added benefit of access to a wider pool of specialist knowledge and resources. The combined firm will offer expanded capabilities across core accountancy, tax compliance and advisory services, alongside strengthened succession planning and business support.
Importantly, Nunn Hayward are an independent firm, retaining its autonomy and decision-making. This independence ensures the firm can continue to act solely in the best interests of its clients, providing impartial advice without external pressures or obligations that can arise from larger corporate structures.
