At Nunn Hayward, supporting the local community is a core part of who we are. As a long-established firm in Gerrards Cross, we are proud to sponsor a wide range of local clubs, events, and initiatives that bring people together, encourage participation, and help community life thrive.
Sport plays an important role in promoting teamwork, wellbeing, and inclusion, and we are pleased to support several local sports clubs. These include Phoenix Rugby Club, GX Bowls Club, Gerrards Cross Cricket Club, Gerrards Cross Squash Club, and Gerrards Cross Golf Club. Through our sponsorships, we aim to help these clubs continue to provide excellent facilities, coaching, and opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
In addition to ongoing club sponsorships, we are also proud supporters of local charity Golf Days, these include Oakland park Golf Day and Paul Strickland Golf Day.
Beyond sport, we are committed to supporting events and initiatives that enrich community life in other ways. We sponsor a number of Gerrards Cross Community Association events, throughout the year, these include the Easter Egg Hunt and Annual firework events. We are also pleased to support local schools throughout various projects and are especially proud to have developed St Mary's School Mathematics Awards, for primary school students now in its twelfth year, both of which encourage learning, teamwork, and academic achievement among local students.
Our community involvement also extends to celebrating local heritage and shared interests, including our sponsorship of the Gerrards Cross Classic Car Show. This popular event attracts visitors from across the area and has become a much-anticipated occasion for families, enthusiasts, and local businesses alike.
Each of these sponsorships reflects our belief in giving back to the community that has supported us for so many years. We are proud to work alongside dedicated volunteers, organisers, teachers, and club members who give their time and energy to make these activities possible.
